FAQ

First choose a package between the Basic Package, Standard Package, Premium Package, and the Custom Package. Next click on the package you have chosen in the view button which will enable a popup view with more information about that package. Here is more info on each package:

Basic Package: Max 8 minutes, Color grading, Sound design & mixing, Motion graphics, Include source file.

Standard Package: Max 20 minutes, Color grading, Sound design & mixing, Motion graphics, Subtitles, Include source file

Premium Premium: Max 60 minutes, Color grading, Sound design & mixing, Motion graphics, Subtitles, Thumbnail included, Include source file

Custom Package: This is a custom package for users if the others do not offer what you expected or would like to add or remove different services you would like. One of our teams will contact you and assist you on what you would like and how you would like you video to be edited.

The user will then have to add instructions on how they would like us to provide our services such as the style, mood, type and editing.

The user will then have to upload their zipped file with their content to the upload form where we can receive their files in which they would like to be edited.

Then the user will have to click send in order for us to start the process and will receive a conformation on their order being accepted and the order is being processed.

The user will only have to pay after their order is complete or they can pay instantly just to reduce the hassle.
